I find myself on a time limited bar crawl in Spokane all of a sudden (gotta get trashed, then back on the train in an hour). First place reminded me why I don’t live here anymore, but Mootsy’s is looking up. Talented staff, alternating Frank Black/Frank Sinatra… So far so good.
